The test results shall be recorded and 15 submitted to the Engineer. Loops that fail any of these tests shall be replaced. 16 17 Loops that fail the tests, as described above, and are replaced shall be installed 18 in accordance with current City of Everett design standards and Standard 19 Drawings, as determined by the Engineer. 20 21 If traffic signal loops that fail the tests, as described above, are not replaced and 22 operational within 5 working days, the Contractor shall install and maintain 23 interim video detection until the replacement loops are operational.
