� ° $ <br /> calculation is the current building valuation data as published by the International <br /> Conference of Building Officials. <br /> 1. Temporary Structures. The fee for temporary structures, such as mobile <br /> homes, commercial coaches, prefabricated structures, modular structures, <br /> shall be $55.00. <br /> 2. Combination Fees. When all permits, including building (as set forth in <br /> Section 303(a)), plumbing and mechanical are issued on the same permit, <br /> then the plumbing and mechanical permit fees shall be waived and when <br /> the plumbing and mechanical permits are issued on the same permit, the <br /> plumbing and mechanical may be waived. However, equipment and <br /> fixture fees shall be paid as set forth by ordinance. <br /> 3. Alternate Fees. When a building,plumbing or mechanical permit is issued <br /> separately, the permit fee for each, together with all equipment and fixture <br /> fees, shall be paid as set forth by ordinance. <br /> Where work for which a permit is required by this Code is started or proceeded <br /> with prior to obtaining said permit, the fee specified in Table No. 1-A shall be <br /> doubled, but the payments of such double fee shall not relieve any persons from <br /> fully complying with the requirements of this Code in the execution of the work <br /> nor from any other penalties prescribed herein. <br /> E. Section 1506.6 Rooftop Drainage. <br /> Rooftop drainage must be addressed and shall be disposed of by one of the <br /> following methods: <br /> a. tightline to storm drain system (private or public) <br /> b. concrete splash blocks <br /> c. tightline to roof runoff infiltration system <br /> A tightline to the property line with direct discharge to the abutting property or <br /> public right-of-way is prohibited unless specifically approved by the City on the <br /> construction plans/permit. <br /> In all cases, the method selected will be subject to approval by the City's Public <br /> Services Division, with considerations given to site, soil types, slope conditions, <br /> and the nature of the development. <br /> F.
