Compliance with Specific Laws, Regulations, and Agreements. <br /> <br />The Agency also agrees to comply with all other applicable federal statutes, <br />regulations, and executive orders, and the Agency shall provide for such <br />compliance by other parties in any agreements it enters into with other parties <br />relating to this award. Federal regulations applicable to the funding provided in <br />this Contract include, without limitation, the following: <br /> <br />1. 2 CFR Part 200, including any future amendments to 2 CFR Part 200, and <br />any successor or replacement Office of Management and Budget (OMB) <br />Circular or regulation, including, Subpart A (Acronyms and Definitions), <br />Subpart B (General Provisions), Subpart C (Pre-Federal Award <br />Requirements and Contents of Federal Awards) [excluding 204 (Notices of <br />Funding Opportunities), 205 (Federal awarding agency review of merit of <br />proposal), 210 (Pre-Award Costs), 213 (Reporting a determination of a non- <br />federal entity is not qualified for a federal award)], Subpart D (Post Federal <br />Award Requirements) [excluding 305(b)(8) and (9) regarding Federal <br />Payment, 308 (Revision of budget or program plan), 309 (modification to <br />period of performance)], Subpart E (Cost Principles), and F (Audit <br />Requirements). <br /> <br />2. Universal Identifier and System for Award Management (SAM), 2 C.F.R. <br />Part 25 and pursuant to which the award term set forth in Appendix A to 2 <br />C.F.R. Part 25 is hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />3. Reporting Subaward and Executive Compensation Information, 2 C.F.R., <br />Part 170, pursuant to which the award term set forth in Appendix A to 2 <br />C.F.R. Part 170 is hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />4. Recipient Integrity and Performance Matters, pursuant to which the award <br />term set forth in 2 C.F.R. Part 200, Appendix XII to Part 200 is hereby <br />incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />5. Governmentwide Requirement for Drug-Free Workplace, 31 CFR Part 20. <br /> <br />6. Agency shall comply with the Section 603(c) of the Social Security Act, <br />Treasury’s implementing regulations implementing that section, and <br />guidance issued by Treasury regarding the foregoing. <br />
