A cost estimate for repairs (Engineer’s Estimate) will also be <br />prepared. <br /> <br />One (virtual) comment and review meeting will be held with the City after the Draft <br />Repair Package. After the City comment and review meeting, Reid Middleton will <br />finalize the repair package and submit the final package (drawings, specification <br />sections, and engineer’s estimate) to the City. <br /> <br />Repair Package Deliverables: <br />• Draft Repair Package including drawings, specifications, and cost estimate, <br />PDF format. <br />• Final Repair Package including drawings, specifications, and cost estimate, <br />PDF format. <br /> <br />3. Construction Phase Services <br />a. Answer questions prior to the preconstruction meeting. <br />b. Attend a preconstruction meeting at the project site. <br />c. Respond to Requests for Information <br />d. Perform two site observations during construction. <br />e. Review technical submittals including material and shop drawing submittals. <br />f. Perform a punchlist walkthrough of the site. <br />g. Attend telephone coordination calls as requested. <br /> <br />4. Schedule <br /> <br />Reid Middleton will prepare and submit the Draft Repair Package within 4 weeks of <br />the Kickoff Meeting. The City review of the Draft Repair Package is assumed to be 2 <br />weeks. Reid Middleton will prepare and submit the Final Repair Package within 3 <br />weeks after the City comment and review meeting. <br /> <br />5. Additional services requested by the City of Everett Parks & Facilities <br /> <br />Reid Middleton can provide additional services that are beyond the scope of services <br />described in Section B, Items 1 thru 2, at client request with contract amendment(s). <br />A new schedule will be provided with any contract amendment(s). <br /> <br />6. Assumptions <br /> <br />• No onsite visits or in-person meetings required for repair package <br />development. <br />• Bidding services are not included. These can be added as additional contract <br />amendment(s) if requested. <br />• This scope excludes attendance at weekly onsite construction meetings.
