For each and 31 every DBE firm listed on the Bidder’s completed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise 32 Utilization Certification, the Bidder shall submit written confirmation from that DBE firm 33 that the DBE is in agreement with the DBE participation commitment that the Bidder has 34 made in the Bidder’s completed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Utilization 35 Certification. 36 37 WSDOT Form 422 031 (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Written Confirmation 38 Document) is to be used for this purpose.
