The post -tensioned concrete reservoir. Including the foundation, walls, roof and support <br />columns, interior and exterior staircase pipe penetrations, hatches, vents, railing, connection <br />of the water piping, cleaning, disinfection, treatment. and disposal of chlorinated water used <br />for disinfection, bacteriological testing, structural testing, other testing, all in a manner <br />acceptable to the Engineer. <br />b. Dewatering and water treatment. <br />c. Protection of the structure, cleaning, coatings, liners and geotextiles. <br />d. Hydrodynamic mixing system inside the reservoir. <br />e. DOSA dechlorination system. <br />f. Overflow piping system. <br />g. Gage board. <br />h. Potholing and excavation required to determine exact depths and locations of other utilities. <br />i. Utility or light pole holding in conformance with the requirements of the applicable utility <br />including, if necessary, arranging for the power utility to hold poles and paying the associated <br />fees. <br />j. Clearing and grubbing and removal of existing surfacing. <br />k. Excavation, backfill, and compaction of imported soils, including extra depth required to clear <br />known buried utilities or other known obstacles. Includes removal of structures or <br />obstructions not specifically covered under other bid items. <br />I. Protection of existing monitoring wells and other existing facilities and systems. <br />m. LCP wages tracking process. <br />n. Respectful Worksite program. <br />o.
