1. Storm drain piping, pipe connections, catch basins, and compost amended swales. <br />2. Excavation, haul, imported backfill, CDF, pipe bedding, and trench dewatering. <br />3. Stormwater pipe and fittings. Includes all stormwater pipe below and around the reservoir. <br />4. Furnishing and placing of detectable marking tape or tracer wire. <br />5. Ethafoam pads or sand backfill between this pipe and any existing watermains or other utilities <br />encountered. <br />6. Maintenance, restoration and/or relocation, if required, of existing water mains, electrical <br />systems, and dechlorination systems, chlorine monitoring, sump pumps, other pumping <br />systems, culverts, storm drainage pipe, other utilities and structures affected by construction <br />that are to remain. <br />7. CCTV inspections, flushing, and cleaning, of the stormwater system pipes. <br />Excludes vaults in the Stormwater Detention Vaults bid item. <br />Partial payment shall be calculated based on the ratio of work completed as listed in the Schedule <br />of Values. <br />Bid Item 17 - STORMWATER DETENTION VAULTS <br />Measurement and Payment: Each (EA) <br />This each bid price for this bid item shall be full compensation for all costs associated with <br />furnishing the tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary or incidental for the following: <br />1. Storm Detention Vaults <br />2. Excavation and pipe system installation <br />3. Shoring systems <br />4. Testing vaults and pipe connections <br />Bid Item 18 - ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION <br />Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum (LS) <br />The lump sum bid price for this bid item shall be full compensation for all costs associated with <br />furnishing the tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary or incidental for the following: <br />a. Conduits, trenching, backfill, and compaction, and surface restoration. <br />b. Reservoir level controls system <br />c. Water meters and sump pumps <br />d. Dechlorination system <br />e. Chlorine analyzers and sampling pumps <br />f. Dechlorination sensors <br />g. Power systems including panels, conduit, etc. <br />h. Lighting <br />i. Security <br />j. Generator and ATS installation (Generator and ATS to be purchased by Owner) <br />k. Power near the Phase 1 reservoir and lights inside the reservoir <br />I. Conduits, wiring, poles, etc. <br />m. Testing, start-up, and training <br />Partial payment shall be calculated based on the ratio of work completed as listed in the Schedule <br />of Values. <br />Bid Item 19 - AWWD PIPE SUPPORT <br />Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum (LS) <br />The lump sum bid price for this bid item shall be full compensation for all costs associated with <br />furnishing the tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary or incidental for the following: <br />1. Pipe support system. <br />2. Modification to the shoring systems to accommodate this work. <br />3. Monitor existing AWWD pipes for leaks. <br />4. Settlement monitoring instrumentation and surveying. <br />5. Maintenance and restoration of existing AWWD water mains. <br />6.
