4. Look -ahead schedules should generally be more -detailed than the Progress Schedule. <br />Activity durations on look -ahead schedules should not exceed five days. <br />1.08 PROGRESS SCHEDULE UPDATES <br />A. Updates — General: <br />1. Update the Progress Schedule not less -often than once per month. If during progress of <br />the Work events develop that necessitate changes in the initially accepted Progress <br />Schedule (baseline Progress Schedule), identify updated Progress Schedules sequentially <br />as "Progress Schedule Revision "1", "2", "3", and continuing in sequence as required. <br />Number the Progress Schedule submittals in accordance with Section 01 33 00 - Submittal <br />Procedures. <br />2. Progress Schedule updates shall comply with this Section's requirements for initial <br />progress Schedule, relative to type, required software, organization, content, and related <br />matters. <br />3. Starting with first Progress Schedule update, and continuing with each subsequent update, <br />indicate on the Progress Schedule the actual start and finish dates of each activity that is <br />completed or is currently underway. Inaccurate representation of completed or in -progress <br />activities will be grounds for Engineer's non -acceptance of the Progress Schedule update. <br />4. Contractor's Progress Schedule update shall include a narrative report in accordance with <br />this Section. Narrative report shall include description of: progress achieved to date and <br />status of each work area of the Project, planned progress for the upcoming period, <br />identification of the critical path, current or potential delays, Change Orders (pending and <br />approved since the previous Progress Schedule update), and other problems associated <br />with performing the Work in accordance with the baseline Progress Schedule. Indicate in <br />the narrative report delays that have occurred since the previous updated Progress <br />Schedule. <br />5. The update to the Progress Schedule shall be based on retained logic. Progress override <br />logic is not allowed. <br />6. Submit to Engineer updated Progress Schedule, together with associated schedule -related <br />Submittals, in accordance with Section 01 31 26 - Electronic Communication Protocols, and <br />Section 01 33 00 - Submittal Procedures. Also submit updated Progress Schedule in its <br />native (executable) format generated by the scheduling software, transmitted in <br />accordance with Section 01 31 26 - Electronic Communication Protocols. <br />7. Contractor will not be eligible for progress payments until updated Progress Schedule, <br />together with associated schedule -related submittals, are received, reviewed, and accepted <br />by Engineer. <br />B. Monthly Schedule Meeting: <br />1. During the month, utilizing the previous month's look -ahead schedule, Contractor shall <br />indicate the percent complete, start and finish dates of each scheduled activity with the <br />remaining duration for each activity started but not completed, including activities <br />associated with procurement of materials and equipment. <br />2. On the same day each month, not less than one week prior to a progress meeting, <br />Contractor, Progress Schedule preparer, Engineer, and others as appropriate shall meet at <br />the Site to tour the Work to review and recommend updates to the Progress Schedule and <br />progress information gathered by Contractor during the month. After discussion of <br />Contractor's current progress information and attendees' review of the current status of the <br />Work, Progress Schedule preparer shall appropriately and accurately update the Progress <br />Schedule. <br />1.09 NARRATIVE REPORTS <br />A. General: <br />1. Prepare and include with the preliminary Progress Schedule Submittal and each <br />subsequent Progress Schedule Submittal, a written narrative report describing the <br />schedule -related constraints and Contractor's plan and schedule for complying with such <br />Reservoir 3 Replacement Phase 1 <br />Work Order No. UP3739 01 32 16 <br />CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS SCHEDULE March 2024 <br />
