FINAL SOW 4/30/2024 2 <br /> <br />C) Geotechnical Report <br />A) Report outlining outcomes of studies and field results including surface and subsurface <br />conditions (soil and groundwater), seismic site class and liquefaction, recommendations <br />for supporting the multi-use trail surface and recommended pavement surface, general <br />earthwork recommendations for excavation, fill and compaction. <br />Deliverables: <br />T 2.1 Topographic survey <br />T 2.2 Geotechnical Report <br />Task 3 Preliminary Design & Permitting <br />Purpose: Prepare conceptual design for the trail alignment according to City standard specifications and <br />details with adequate detail for preliminary pricing. <br />TASK 3.1 Schematic Design <br />A) Site visit with team and City staff to evaluate the site and adjacent conditions and projects <br />B) Work with City to develop compliance strategies (code, drainage, ADA) in coordination with <br />a preapplication meeting <br />A) Review conceptual strategy with city <br />C) Develop 30% design level drawings for city review and permit submittal based on approved <br />conceptual strategy <br />A) Tree protection, erosion control and demolition plans with notes on construction <br />access, erosion and sediment control assumes silt fence, interceptor swales and <br />sedimentation traps, <br />B) Layout and materials plan for trail improvements including curbs, ramps and driveway <br />approach as required <br />C) Grading Plan & Drainage Plan - including contours, spot elevations, cut/fill quantities, <br />trail profiles, assumes trail will be exempt from water quality requirements due to low <br />vehicular use and that stormwater will be sheet flow from the proposed path. <br />D) Planting plan and details (as needed) <br />E) Drainage report – outlining existing and developed conditions, proposed facilities, off <br />site analysis as required by the City <br />F) Outline WSDOT specifications <br />G) Conceptual probable cost estimate <br />Deliverables: <br />T3.1 30% Conceptual Design Package <br />T3.2 Permit submittals <br />T3.3 City Coordination including (1) on site meeting, (1) virtual meeting to present 30% package, <br />including (1) revision
