Upon completion of any <br />necessary repairs, KING COUNTY will submit a written statement verifying that the <br />repair work has been completed according to the approved repair schedule. If the <br />repair work is not acceptable, the City's Operations Superintendent may have the <br />repair work performed by City personnel or another private entity. All costs for this <br />repair work will be paid by KING COUNTY.
