The purpose of SAP Workshop #3 is <br />to discuss and solicit input on: <br />● Recommended Strategies and Countermeasures <br />● Policy and Process Changes <br />8.3 TECH MEMO: RECOMMENDED STRATEGIES AND COUNTERMEASURES <br />Based on input received at the SAP Workshop #3, CONSULTANT will document findings in Tech <br />Memo: Recommended Strategies and Countermeasures (MS Word format). <br />CONSULTANT will present draft Tech Memo #2 (v01) to CITY for review and comment. <br />CONSULTANT will prepare a comment summary and response matrix. <br />CONSULTANT will address one round of consolidated written comments from City of Everett. <br />CONSULTANT will present draft Tech Memo #2 (v02) to Steering Team for review and <br />comment. <br />CONSULTANT will address one round of consolidated written comments from Steering Team. <br />CONSULTANT will prepare a comment summary and response matrix. <br />CONSULTANT will submit draft Tech Memo #2 (v03) to Steering Team. <br />CONSULTANT will update Tech Memo #2 based on input received at the SAP Workshop #3 (Task <br />8.2). <br />CONSULTANT will prepare a comment summary and response matrix. <br />CONSULTANT will submit a Final Tech Memo #2 (v04) to City of Everett and Steering Team. <br />Deliverables: Tech Memo #2: Recommended Strategies and Countermeasures (MS Word <br />format). SAP Workshop #3; comment summary and response, invitations, agendas, and meeting <br />summaries as applicable <br />Task 9. Draft and Final SAP Report, Safety Resolution, Safety Workshop <br />9.1 DRAFT SAP REPORT <br />CONSULTANT will prepare a draft SAP summarizing previous analysis and findings, <br />countermeasures and proposed projects, and prioritization. Draft Report will include chapters <br />summarizing analysis and recommendations. <br />CONSULTANT will submit the draft SAP Report (v01), MS Word Format) to CITY for review and <br />comment. <br />CITY will provide one set of consolidated written comments. <br />CONSULTANT will prepare the draft Report (v02, Adobe InDesign format) reflecting CITY <br />comments. <br />CONSULTANT will submit the draft SAP Report to the Steering Team for review and comment. <br />Steering Team will provide written comments.
