City of Everett 01 32 16 - 1 <br /> <br /> <br />01 32 16 - 1 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS SCHEDULE <br /> <br />SECTION 01 32 16 - CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS SCHEDULE <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br />1.1 CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE <br />A. The Contractor shall prepare a construction schedule showing all tasks required to <br />perform the work. Schedule shall show all tasks performed by all trades that is required <br />to perform work within the contract time. The Schedule shall include sufficient time for <br />cleaning, punch list review and completion of punch list items prior to the designated <br />physical completion date. <br />1.2 FORMAT <br />A. The Schedule shall be a critical path method Gantt chart style, preferably Microsoft <br />Project. <br />B. The Schedule shall clearly identify all work and detailed to show specific steps to perform <br />work. The relationship between the work items shall show the starting date, length of <br />time required to perform work, completion of the work within the time frame shown. <br />C. All work found on the schedule of values shall be clearly identified. Unless otherwise <br />expressly authorized in writing by the Owner’s representative, the Contractor must <br />integrate the schedules with the Schedule of Values and unit price items so that each <br />construction activity is represented by a dollar value. <br />D. Submittals dates shall be included and the relationship between submittal and the work <br />item shall be identified <br />E. Materials requiring long lead times shall be clearly identified on the schedule. This shall <br />include: <br />1. Date materials musts be ordered <br />2. Time for manufacturing <br />3. Time for delivery <br />4. Delivery date (expected date materials to be at the project) <br />5. Date of Installation <br />1.3 SUBMITTAL <br />A. At the pre-construction meeting, a preliminary schedule is required to be submitted. <br />Once the preliminary schedule has been approved, the schedule shall become the <br />Project Schedule. The Project Schedule, as approved by the Owner, will be an integral <br />part of the contract and will establish interim completion dates for the various activities <br />under the contract.
