Chapter 19.04 EMC, Definitions Page 35 of 55 <br />The Everett Municipal Code is current through Ordinance 4031-24, passed May 22, 2024. <br />3. “Marijuana producer” means a person licensed by the state Liquor and Cannabis Board <br />to produce and sell marijuana at wholesale to marijuana processors and other marijuana <br />producers. <br />4. “Marijuana retailer” means a person licensed by the state Liquor and Cannabis Board to <br />sell marijuana concentrates, usable marijuana, and marijuana-infused products in a retail <br />outlet. <br />“Marina” is a facility that provides wet and/or dry moorage for at least five boats, boat <br />launching, storage, supplies and services for small pleasure craft. A marina may also include <br />facilities for commercial and industrial vessels, and rescue and law enforcement vessels. The <br />shoreline master program further describes this use. <br />“Private club or lodge” means an association of persons organized for some common purpose, <br />including fraternal organizations but not including groups organized primarily to render a <br />service which is customarily carried on as a business. (Ord. 3774-20 § 5(D) (Exh. 3), 2020.) <br />19.04.100 Use definitions, other. <br />“Aircraft landing facilities” means airports, landing fields, helipads, or seaplane landing facilities <br />and terminals for the accommodation of passengers and/or cargo carried by means of air <br />transport. <br />“Home occupation” means an occupation which is incidental and subordinate to a residential <br />use, which is carried on by a member of the family residing in the dwelling. <br />“Junk store” means a retail store that sells previously used merchandise or goods the majority <br />of which: <br />1. Have not been maintained, repaired, restored or reconditioned to a functional <br />condition; or <br />2. Consist of salvaged or disassembled parts of merchandise, equipment or objects no <br />longer in their original assembled configuration.
