July 10, 2024 <br />2 <br /> <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />Council Member Rhyne commented on National Night Out, her attendance at the Port Garner <br />neighborhood meeting, and a Proposition 1 information session. She also stated Everett Station <br />District Alliance is hosting a summer community cleanup on July 20. <br /> <br />Council Member Bader commented on his visit to Habitat for Humanity Bayside Home. <br /> <br />Council Member Touhy also thanked staff and volunteers for hosting the 4th of July festivities. <br /> <br />Council Member Vogeli commented on her attendance at the Summit on Police Culture. <br /> <br />Council Member Fosse requested additional information on noxious and invasive plants. She also <br />thanked everyone for the 4th of July festivities. Council Member Fosse commented on her <br />attendance at the Multiuse Facility Fiscal Advisory Committee meeting. She also stated <br />Shakespeare in the Park will be on Saturday, July 27 at Wiggums Hollow Park. <br /> <br />Council Member Zarlingo commented on his attendance at the Silverlake neighborhood meeting <br />and the Mall Way Event Center opening. He also commented on rowing club on Silverlake. <br /> <br />President Schwab provided additional online resources for Proposition 1 and thanked everyone <br />for the 4th of July festivities. He also commented on speeding on streets. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson provided information on the Colby Trees Project. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall requested a 10-minute executive session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110.1(i) <br />with council action to follow. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br />
