Asbestos and Lead Inspection <br />Everett Parks and Facilities Department | Everett, Washington <br />July 2, 2024 | Terracon Proposal No. P81247400 <br />Facilities | Environmental | Geotechnical | Materials 4 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Reliance on the documents by the Client and all authorized parties will be subject to the <br />terms, conditions and limitations stated in the Agreement for Services (and sections of this <br />proposal incorporated therein), and the Reliance Agreement. <br />2.5 Site Access and Safety <br />Client shall secure all necessary site related approvals, permits, licenses, and consents <br />necessary to commence and complete the Services and will execute any necessary site <br />access agreement. Consultant will be responsible for supervision and site safety measures <br />for its own employees but shall not be responsible for the supervision or health and safety <br />precautions for any third parties, including Client’s contractors, subcontractors, or other <br />parties present at the site. Client agrees it will respond quickly to all requests for <br />information made by Consultant related to Consultant’s pre-task planning and risk <br />assessment processes. <br />3.0 SCHEDULE <br />Terracon is available to commence proposed services upon receiving a fully executed AFS <br />with mutually agreed to Terms and Conditions that incorporate the scope of work and fees <br />herein. The final report will be submitted within 15 business days after receipt of final <br />laboratory analytical results <br />To facilitate our compliance with the proposed schedule, please provide the following items <br />at the time of notification to proceed or contract execution. <br /> On-site point of contact to provide access to the project area, including locked <br />spaces. <br /> Building floor plans in AutoCAD or another electronic format showing current <br />configuration of the project area(s). On-site creation of floor plans for identifying <br />sample locations may lead to additional fees. <br /> Notification to building occupants, if applicable. <br /> <br /> Advance notification (prior to site mobilization) of restrictions or special access <br />requirements or any operational changes or unique circumstance that might affect <br />the scheduled investigation or inspections. <br /> Advance notification (prior to site mobilization) of any known environmental <br />conditions at the site (i.e., hazardous materials or processes, specialized protective <br />equipment requirements, unsound structural members, etc.). <br /> <br />4.0 SCOPE AND REPORT LIMITATIONS <br />The findings and conclusions presented in the final report will be based on the site <br />conditions on the date(s) of the inspection.
