Internal & External <br />b. Visit sites to examine and document existing conditions, <br />equipment, and infrastructure. <br />c. Conduct a review of physical security for facilities and open <br />areas, including supporting infrastructure and equipment, <br />video surveillance, access control, lighting, building entry/exit <br />areas, and other security equipment or systems as applicable. <br />d. Discuss recent security incidents and identify threats, risks, and <br />the likelihood of future security incidents based on input from <br />the City of Everett and local law enforcement personnel. <br />TASK 7 - Present results to staff for comments and feedback on the overall <br />process. <br />TASK 8 - Conduct assessment of existing network connectivity for security <br />systems. <br />a. Review communications and security systems and <br />configuration. <br />b. Assess capability to handle additional security equipment and <br />integration with the existing network. <br />c. Provide draft findings and recommendations. <br />TASK 9 - Review and discuss: <br />o Overall findings from on-site security assessment <br />o How existing physical and security technologies and location <br />placement(s) meet/do not meet the City of Everett <br />requirements, industry best practices, and regulatory <br />requirements <br />o Current security systems and/or equipment functionality <br />o Standards for future systems expansion and implementation <br />based on building(s) and locations <br />o Building modification needs
