Section 01 33 00 SUBMITTALS <br /> <br />City of Everett 01 33 00-4 June 2024 <br />WFP Air Scour Blower Building Replacement Issued for Bid <br />UP3813 <br />1.03 CONTRACTOR’S SCHEDULE <br />A. The Contractor's construction schedules shall be prepared and submitted to the <br />City. <br />1.04 SAMPLES <br />A. Whenever samples are required by the Specifications, the Contractor shall <br />submit not less than 3 samples of each item or material to the City for <br />acceptance at no additional cost to the Owner. <br />B. Samples, as required herein, shall be submitted for acceptance a minimum of 10 <br />working days prior to ordering such material for delivery to the jobsite, and shall <br />be submitted in an orderly sequence so that dependent materials or equipment <br />can be assembled and reviewed without causing delays in the work. <br />C. All samples shall be individually and indelibly labeled or tagged, indicating <br />thereon all specified physical characteristics and Manufacturer's name for <br />identification and submitted to the City for acceptance. Upon receiving <br />acceptance of the City, one set of the samples will be stamped and dated by the <br />City and returned to the Contractor, and one set of samples will be retained by <br />the City, and one set of samples shall remain at the job site until completion of <br />the Work. <br />1.05 OWNER’S MANUALS (TECHNICAL MANUALS) <br />A. The Contractor shall submit technical operation and maintenance information for <br />each item of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment they furnish <br />(Owner furnished equipment not included), in an organized manner in the <br />Owner's manual. It shall be written so that it can be used and understood by the <br />Owner's operation and maintenance staff. <br />B. The Owner's manual shall be subdivided first by specification section number; <br />second, by equipment item; and last, by “Part.” Specification section subdivisions <br />shall be separated using pre-printed dividers, and types of equipment within each <br />section shall be separated using a goldenrod-colored sheet bearing the <br />equipment name. “Parts” shall conform to the following (as applicable): <br />1. Part 1 - Equipment Summary: <br />a. Summary: A summary table shall indicate the equipment name, <br />equipment number, and process area in which the equipment is <br />installed. <br />b. Form: The City will supply an Equipment Summary Form for each <br />item of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment in <br />the work. The Contractor shall fill in the relevant information on the <br />form and include it in Part 1. <br />2. Part 2 - Operational Procedures: <br />a. Procedures: Manufacturer-recommended procedures on the <br />following shall be included in Part 2: <br />1) Installation
