CITY OF EVERETT WEST MARINE VIEW DRIVE/ALVERSON AND 41 ST ST/GRAND AVE <br />PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS <br />STATE FUND# HLP-PB15(032) <br />WO #3630 July 25, 2024 <br />89 <br />1 SECTION 7-12.5 OF THE STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS IS SUPPLEMENTED BY THE <br />2 FOLLOWING: <br />3 <br />4 Payment will be made for each of the following bid items that are included in the Proposal: <br />5 <br />6 Gate Valve, ___ Inch, per EACH. <br />7 <br />8 The unit contract price per each for the valves specified shall be full pay for all work to <br />9 furnish and install valves complete in place on the water main, including trenching, jointing, <br />10 painting, disinfecting, hydrostatic testing, and valve box. Concrete blocking shall be paid <br />11 for separately. <br />12 <br />13 Tapping Sleeve and Valve Assembly, ___ Inch x ___ Inch, per EACH. <br />14 <br />15 The unit contract price per each for the tapping sleeve and valve assembly as specified <br />16 shall be full compensation for all work required to furnish the tapping sleeve, valve, and <br />17 valve box complete, including trenching, backfilling, hydrostatic testing, and disinfecting. <br />18 Unit price will not include tapping existing water main or installation of tapping sleeve and <br />19 valve, which shall be done by City personnel.
