CITY OF EVERETT WEST MARINE VIEW DRIVE/ALVERSON AND 41 ST ST/GRAND AVE <br />PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS <br />STATE FUND# HLP-PB15(032) <br />WO #3630 July 25, 2024 <br />97 <br />1 Where shown on the plans, or as directed by the Engineer, the concrete curb will be <br />2 depressed for wheelchair ramps and driveways, per Standard Drawing Nos. 313, 318, <br />3 319, 320, 321, and 322. <br />4 <br />5 Cement concrete curbs shall be constructed where shown on plans or as directed by <br />6 the Engineer in accordance with Standard Drawing Nos. 307, 308, and 309. <br />7 <br />8 At locations shown on the construction plans, the Contractor shall construct storm <br />9 drainage frames and grates into cement concrete curb and gutter, per Standard <br />10 Drawings Nos. 407 and 412. <br />11 <br />12 8-04.5 Payment <br />13 <br />14 SECTION 8-04.5 OF THE STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS IS SUPPLEMENTED WITH <br />15 THE FOLLOWING: <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 Payment will be made for each of the following bid items that may be included in the <br />19 proposal: <br />20 <br />21 Add the following items: <br />22 "Cement Concrete Curb and Gutter Type A-1," per linear foot. <br />23 "Cement Concrete Curb Type ___," per linear foot. <br />24 "Extruded Asphalt Concrete Curb," per linear foot. <br />25 "Extruded Cement Concrete Curb," per linear foot. <br />26 <br />27 "Cement Concrete Curb and Gutter Type A-1", "Cement Concrete Curb Type ___", <br />28 "Extruded Asphalt Concrete Curb", and "Extruded Cement Concrete Curb", per linear foot <br />29 shall be full compensation for all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals, including <br />30 forms, necessary to perform the work.
