Restoration of existing special private improvements <br />25 including, but not limited to, brick or stone walkways, decorative concrete walks or driveways, <br />26 concrete masonry or stone walls, rockerys, fences, landscape plantings, including but not <br />27 limited to, hedges, trees, flowerbeds, irrigation systems, yard lighting, rockeries, retaining walls, <br />28 or steps. <br />29 <br />30 8-33.2 Vacant <br />31 <br />32 8-33.3 Construction Requirements <br />33 <br />34 Where shown on the plans, or as directed by the Engineer, existing private improvements that <br />35 require relocation or modification, shall be restored to the satisfaction of the property owner <br />36 and the Engineer. <br />37 Private property damaged or destroyed due to the Contractors negligence shall be removed <br />38 and replaced in kind at the Contractors expense. <br />39 <br />40 8-33.4 Vacant <br />41
