The precise location of each area that is posted No Trespassing; <br />3 <br />4 2. The date and time that each site was posted No Trespassing; <br />5 <br />6 3. The date, time, description and duration of the Work to be performed at <br />7 each site. <br />8 <br />9 At least 72 hours prior to performing site cleanup in Work areas containing <br />10 encampments (such as tents, makeshift dwellings, sleeping sites, or <br />11 accumulations of personal property that are not refuse), the Contractor shall post <br />12 a notification at each encampment area. Each notice shall: <br />13 <br />14 1. Be weather resistant, and written in both English and Spanish. <br />15 <br />16 2. Be affixed to each dwelling or post mounted within 10-feet of each <br />17 encampment; <br />18 <br />19 3. State the Prime Contractors company name as the entity that <br />20 performed the cleanup as required by the Washington State <br />21 Department of Transportation; <br />22 <br />23 4. Provide the date that the notice is posted; <br />24 <br />25 5. Provide date(s) and time(s) that cleanup will occur; <br />26 <br />27 6. Provide the telephone number, business hours and physical address of <br />28 the location where stored personal property may be claimed. <br />29 <br />30 7. State that personal property will be stored for 70-days from the date of <br />31 removal, and if unclaimed within that time, will be disposed of. <br />32 <br />33 At the same time that notifications are posted at encampment areas, provide <br />34 written notification of the schedule to perform site cleanup to the Engineer and to <br />35 the following advocacy groups: <br />36 <br />37 *** <br />38 Everett Police Department <br />39 Community Outreach and Enforcement Team <br />40 425-407-3999 <br />41 *** <br />42 <br />43 Acceptance of signs and notifications will be based on visual inspection that the <br />44 sign and notifications meet these requirements. <br />45 <br />46 Site Cleanup of Biological and Physical Hazards <br />47 An initial cleanup of the site, including all preparatory work required to make the <br />48 worksite sanitary and safe in accordance with applicable laws and with the <br />49 Contract, shall be completed to remove all individuals, encampments, and <br />50 personal property from areas signed No Trespassing, and to address all <br />51 biological and associated physical hazards present on the project.
