WMA processes include organic additives, chemical additives, and <br />22 foaming. <br />23 <br />24 HMA shall be composed of asphalt binder and mineral materials as may :/X*/J%4*/<( <br />25 mixed in the proportions specified to provide a homogeneous, stable, <br />26 93<X01*29:&/X;4D+%*/) <br />27 <br />28 5-04.2 Materials <br />29 Materials shall meet the requirements of the following sections: <br />30 Asphalt Binder 9-02.1(4) <br />31 Cationic Emulsified Asphalt 9-02.1(6) <br />32 Anti-Stripping Additive 9-02.4 <br />33 HMA Additive 9-02.5 <br />34 Aggregates 9-03.8 <br />35 Recycled Asphalt Pavement 9-03.8(3)B <br />36 Mineral Filler 9-03.8(5) <br />37 Recycled Material 9-03.21 <br />38 Portland Cement 9-01 <br />39 Sand 9-03.1(2) <br />40 (As noted in 5-04.3(5)C for crack sealing) <br />41 Joint Sealant 9-04.2 <br />42 Foam Backer Rod 9-04.2(3)A <br />43 The Contract documents may establish that the various mineral materials required for the <br />44 manufacture of HMA will be furnished in whole or in part by the Contracting Agency.
