Design <br />The design will include: <br />a. Review current design. <br />b. Update current design, submitting markups to City of Everett for CAD updates <br />c. PE sign and stamp electrical package for Bid/Construction <br />d. Remote meetings <br />2. Construction Assistance <br />This will include: <br />a. Submittal Reviews <br />b. RFIs <br />c. Arc flash model and stickers (SKM platform) <br />d. Record drawing markups to City of Everett <br />3. Commissioning <br />This will include: <br />a. Commissioning planning assistance <br />b. Device IO Checkout <br />c. Onsite startup assistance <br />Assumptions <br />1. City of Everett to complete CAD work. <br />2. City of Everett supplying PLC and VFD control panels. <br />3. PLC and VFD control panel design and wiring details are not required, as they are already <br />built. <br />4. 1 Meeting onsite for bid phase services, 1 meeting onsite during construction, and 3-4 days <br />onsite for startup. <br />5. ~6 remote/virtual meetings during construction. <br />Exclusions <br />1.
