Commissioning Plan Page 12 <br /> 18. Review commissioning progress and deficiency reports. <br /> 19. Schedule and provide qualified operators and maintenance personnel to attend all <br /> training sessions. <br /> 20. Arrange for facility operating and maintenance personnel to attend various field <br /> commissioning activities and training sessions according to the Cx Plan. <br /> 21. Provide final approval for the completion of the commissioning work. <br /> 22. Ensure that any seasonal or deferred testing and any deficiency issues are <br /> addressed and all warranty period commissioning activities are facilitated. <br /> D. Architect/Engineer Responsibilities (A/E) <br /> 1. Provide a conformed set of contract documents, including but not limited to design <br /> narratives, details, specifications, approved submittals, current approved change <br /> orders, any contract modifications, and other documentation affecting systems to <br /> be commissioned. <br /> 2. Provide the Basis of Design (BOD) to document the design team's primary <br /> thought processes and assumptions, to describe the design elements being <br /> incorporated, and to serve as an outline of how design elements will be integrated <br /> to the construction and conform to the OPR. <br /> 3. Provide any design narrative and sequences documentation requested by the CA. <br /> The designers shall assist (along with the contractors) in clarifying the operation <br /> and control of commissioned equipment in areas where the specifications, control <br /> drawings or equipment documentation is not sufficient for writing detailed testing <br /> procedures. <br /> 4. Issue necessary changes in construction. <br /> 5. Issue clarifications or interpretations of Design Intent as required. <br /> 6. Perform normal submittal review, construction observation, as-built drawing <br /> preparation, etc., as contracted. <br /> 7. Examine and respond to CA design and submittal review comments. <br /> 8. Consult on and resolve any design related issues/problems that arise during <br /> construction. <br /> 9. Approve the Commissioning Plan, PFPT, and FPT procedures. <br /> 10. Clearly define the scope of commissioning in the construction documents and <br /> indicate applicable standards for passing criteria. <br /> 11. Participate in the resolution of system deficiencies identified during <br /> commissioning, according to the contract documents. <br /> 12. Review and approve TAB reports. <br /> 13. Prepare and submit the final as-built drawings and operating parameters <br /> documentation for inclusion in the O&M manuals. Review and approve the <br /> Contractor O&M manuals. <br /> 14. Provide design intent presentation at the training sessions for the Owner's <br /> personnel. <br /> 15.
