Commissioning Plan Page 21 <br /> r) The submittal shall contain a color graphic copy of each typical graphic <br /> screen to be used for the final control graphic screens. <br /> s) The schematics will include the system and component layout of any <br /> equipment that the control system monitors, enables or controls, even if the <br /> equipment is primarily controlled by packaged or integral controls. <br /> t) Provide a full points list of all system points. <br /> 5. Provide Performance Verification Test (PVT) plan to owner and CA for review. <br /> 6. Assist the mechanical contractor and equipment vendors with start-up and <br /> testing of mechanical equipment and systems. Be present during startups of <br /> equipment so to verify monitoring and controls terminations locations and <br /> functions. <br /> 7. Review CA-provided blank pre-functional performance tests (PFPTs) and <br /> functional performance tests (FPTs) for accuracy and conformance to installed <br /> BAS. Provide review comments for the CA to update PFPTs and FPTs as <br /> necessary for accurate test forms. <br /> 8. Provide the CA and mechanical contractor with BAS and wiring diagrams, <br /> narrative sequence of operation and software documentation print out of actual <br /> programmed sequences in time for use in preparing the functional test <br /> procedures. <br /> 9. Provide typical installation inspections and adequate access, to be completed by <br /> the controls contractor, including but not limited to the following: <br /> a) Installation of equipment and devices. <br /> b) Installation of all controllers and panels. <br /> c) Installation of all cable and conduit systems, control sensors and devices. <br /> d) Complete loop checks and contractor point-to-point tests. <br /> e) Programming of all controllers, panels, alarms, and reports. <br /> 10. Provide a point-to-point device and calibration check out with a certification that <br /> the software and hardware check out is completed prior to the start of the <br /> Functional Performance Testing. <br /> 11. Complete a full point-to-point test, sensor calibration and control system tests to <br /> ensure system is functioning correctly prior to TAB. Program and test all control <br /> sequences. <br /> 12. Confirm locations of temperature and pressure taps according to the <br /> Construction Documents for controls PVTs, TAB, and CX testing. <br /> 13. Document and submit executed pre-functional performance tests (PFPTs) 1 <br /> week minimum prior to scheduled functional performance testing (FPTs)with CA. <br /> 14. Assist and cooperate with the TAB contractor in the following manner: <br /> a) Meet with the TAB contractor prior to beginning TAB and review the TAB <br /> plan to determine the capabilities of the control system toward completing <br /> TAB. Provide the TAB any needed unique instruments for setting terminal <br /> unit boxes and instruct TAB in their use. <br /> b) Provide a qualified technician to operate the controls to assist the TAB <br /> contractor in performing TAB, or provide sufficient training for TAB to <br /> operate the system without assistance. <br /> 15. Perform performance verification testing (PVT) of equipment and systems as <br /> defined in contract documents.
