Review and provide comments on contractor submittals to ensure sufficient clarity and detail, and that the system will be functional and reliable. a) TAB execution plan /agenda. b) Blank contractor start-up checklist forms. c) Controls PVT plan. d) System startup tests performed by contractor through verification of startup procedures or through direct observation of startup tests, as detailed in the commissioning plan. e) Controls point-to-point checkouts. f) Controls PVT reports. g) Controls calibrations. h) Controls trend logs. i) TAB preliminary report. j) TAB final report. 15. Develop and write PFPT and FPT procedures for all equipment tests, and systems and cross-systems tests required by the Contract Documents. Test procedures shall be in accordance with equipment manufacturer's recommendations, where applicable. Test procedures shall fully describe the equipment or system configuration and steps required for each test. The procedures shall be appropriately documented so that another party can repeat the identical test. Confirm testing criteria with A/E. 16. Maintain separate M&E systems "Commissioning Binders," indexed and tabbed according to the equipment or systems requiring commissioning, to compile the start-up and FPT documentation. The binders shall be on-site during the work. a) Prior to testing, confirm that applicable Subcontractors and manufacturer's representatives have reviewed the test and commissioning documentation to identify personnel safety issues, equipment protection issues, and to validate relevance to the actual equipment provided. b) Maintain a set of drawings for recording the sign-off of each component of the plumbing and piping system pressure testing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system duct work pressure testing, and the completed flushing/cleaning and treatment activities. c) Populate the initial binders with approved blank start-up forms. As tests are executed, replace blank forms with completed forms to be submitted in final M&E systems Commissioning Binders, as a requirement of Final Completion. 17. Review system startup tests performed by contractor through verification of startup procedures or through direct observation of startup tests, as detailed in the commissioning plan. 18. Inspect installation to observe quality and check conformance to the Cx requirements. Lead Cx site visits and meetings to support the installation of the equipment and Functional Performance Testing schedule. 19. Back check TAB for reading repeatability on a sampling basis as dictated by CA. 20. Schedule Cx site visits and meeting to support the installation of the equipment and Functional Performance Testing schedule. 21. Maintain documentation including deficiency and resolution log and Cx request for information; testing and systems readiness checklist procedures. 22.
