This scope of work includes the <br />system design to meet the requirements of the City of Everett Stormwater Management <br />Manual. This portion of the scope of work includes the following: <br />a. Drainage Report The Stormwater Site Plan (SSP) will include su pporting <br />calculations and exhibits for the storm system design. <br />b. Onsite stormwater runoff collection. <br />c. Offsite Analysis Downstream drainage analysis for one-quarter mi le. <br />8.Prepare an onsite surfacing plan including site access and pavement markings. <br />a. We understand that recommended pavement sections will be provided by the <br />project geotechnical engineer. <br />9. Prepare three-part CSI format technical specifications for civil site work. <br />10. Coordinate with the design subconsultants, to include geotechnical engineer and <br />electrical engineer. <br />11. Coordinate with the client/owner and governing agency during design. <br />12. Prepare a cost opinion. <br />13. Support the project team with permitting related to site development and civil utility <br />permits (i.e., storm). AHBL will collate design documents, prepare applications, and <br />submit the site development permit to City of Everett. <br />Stormwater Flow Control and Water Quality Treatment Task 12 <br />14. Prepare storm drainage plans, including stormwater flow control and water quality <br />treatment measures. <br />15. Add stormwater flow control and treatment measures to the drainage report. This portion <br />of the scope of work includes the following: <br />a. Flow Control System (Detention/Infiltration) Based o n limited site area, <br />underground detention is anticipated. <br />b. Treatment. <br />c. Drainage Report The Stormwater Site Plan (SSP) will include su pporting <br />calculations and exhibits for the storm system design. <br />Offsite Improvements Task 13 <br />16. Prepare plan and profile drawing for frontage curb, gutter, and sidewalk, as required by <br />City of Everett. This plan will provide for roadway sections and road details, as required <br />by City of Everett.
