Research applicable codes to determine specific site planting requirements. <br />2.Coordinate with project team members and owners regarding preferences for the <br />project. <br />3.Prepare conceptual irrigation plans and details related to the point of connection and <br />coordinate with civil engineers. <br />4.Preliminary Design Process: <br />a.Prepare plans for submittal, including: <br />•Preliminary planting plan. <br />•Preliminary planting image boards. <br />•Preliminary fencing and gate layout plan. <br />•Preliminary fencing material image board. <br />b. Review preliminary design submittal with client and project team. <br />5. Attend online project meetings/conference calls: <br />a.Client meetings - assuming one per phase. <br />b.Consultant meetings - assuming two per phase. <br />6.Upon preliminary design approval, prepare CDs for the planting, irrigation, and fencing <br />portions of the project. <br />7. Incorporate feedback on plans and plant list based on preliminary design review. <br />8. Continue coordination with project team members and owner regarding preferences for <br />the project. <br />9.Issue permit packages for review. <br />10. Prepare sheet format specifications. <br />11. The following deliverables will be produced for the following submittals - 100% CD/ <br />Permit Set: <br />•Fencing Layout and Materials Plan(s). <br />•Soil Preparation Plan(s). <br />•Planting Plan(s). <br />•Planting Details. <br />•Irrigation Plan(s). <br />•Irrigation Details. <br />•Sheet format Technical Specifications for all soils, planting, irrigation, and fencing- <br />related elements.
