This email will serve as the building department <br /> intake correction letter. The comments below should be addressed <br /> before we could start residential building review. <br /> Comments: <br /> 1 . Please provide complete floor plan for review. It appears to be a <br /> repair at basement, then please provide complete basement floor <br /> plan with north arrow for reference. These will be provided on <br /> Monday June 24. <br /> 2. Please indicate on the floor plan from where to where you will <br /> repair the wall accordingly. South and West walls of the southwest <br /> room of the basement <br /> 3. Is the flood from upstairs? No. Or due to a fire damage? No. Any <br /> damage on the floor? No. Only the carpet on the slab floor of the <br /> basement was damaged. Please indicate accordingly. Photos <br /> could be helpful as well. <br /> 4. Please indicate which room is conditioned and finished room for <br /> review. The southwest room of the basement has the repairs. <br /> Please refer to the link below for resubmittal instruction.
