You now have the basic zoning regulations that apply to the subject property. <br /> However, you should review Section 3.050 of this chapter to determine if other <br /> regulations of this title apply. <br /> 3.050 Additional Zoning Regulations. In addition to the use-standards tables, this title <br /> contains a variety of regulations that may apply to the subject property or a particular use. <br /> The following list will help you determine what other chapters of this title may contain <br /> regulations which are applicable. <br /> A. Environmentally Sensitive Areas. Does the subject property or adjoining <br /> property contain streams, wetlands, steep slopes or other environmentally sensitive areas? <br /> If so, see Chapter 37. <br /> B. Signs. Are you interested in having a sign placed upon the property? If so, see <br /> Chapter 36 for the requirements for type, size and location of signs in each sign category. <br /> C. Off-Street Parking. To see how many parking spaces are required for a specific use, go <br /> to Table No. 34-1 in Chapter 34. For the B-3 zone, the parking requirements are listed in <br /> Chapter 22. <br /> D. Landscaping Requirements. Details related to the Landscape Categories listed in the <br /> Development Standards Table are contained in Chapter 35. <br /> E. Small Lot Single Family Dwelling and Duplex Development Standards. Additional <br /> standards apply to single family dwellings on lots containing less than 5,000 square feet, and to <br /> duplexes in any zone. These regulations are contained in Section 7.010 of this Title. <br /> F. Accessory Buildings for Single Family Residential Uses. Development standards which <br /> apply to buildings which are accessory to single family uses in all zones are contained in Section <br /> 7.020. <br /> G. Multiple Family Development Standards. Development standards that apply to multiple <br /> family development are contained in Chapter 15. Multiple family design guidelines also apply to <br /> developments of 3 or more dwelling units, and are included with the purchase of the Everett <br /> Zoning Code. <br /> H. General Provisions. Chapter 39 contains regulations pertaining to a wide variety <br /> of topics which apply in several or all zones. You should review the topic headings of <br /> Chapter 39 to see if additional regulations apply to your property or a proposed <br /> development.
