• d .2" the City Council and with such application designate the route Or routes over which it is intended to operate and drive said Jitney Bus, and at the same time file with said application, a schedule stating the time of the comeiencing of operating and driving said Jitney Bus, which time shall begin at or before 7:00 o' clock in the forenoon, and continue at regular intervals, to be stated in said schedule, and to be provided for in the license therefor, until not earlier than 7:00 o' clock in the afternoon of each and every (lay, each trip of said Jitney Bus to be over the entire route, or routes, to be specified in the license for said Jitney Bus, and with said application shall be filed proof that the Secretary of State of Washington has approved a bund,filed with him by said applicant, to conform to the laws of said State in relation to motor vehicles in the kind of sexvice designated in said application, and said appli- cation will also show the time aid which said uona will expire. Section 4. No person shall opeirote or drive a Jitney hus as herein defined without first having obtained a permit from the City Council and each applicant for a driver' s permit must be not less than eighteen ( 18) years of age and, furnish a certificate from the City Health Officer, certifying that the applicant has not epilepsy, vertigo or heart disease and is not color blind and the applicant must b, able to read and speak the English language. Section 5. The license fee, as an occupation tax to be charged for each Jitney Bus, shall be at the rate of Five ( 5.00) Dollars per annum per passenger seating capacity of each Jitney Bus and no Jitney Bus, as herein defined, shall 'be per- mitted or allowed to carry at any one time more passengers than the sealing capacity of the sae.
