1 less than twenty-eight feet, center radius. 2 3 Section 2 : The Company shall not be required to do 4 any paving or make any other improvements under this franchise 5 governing such track or loop except that the Company shall pave 6 between its track and on one (1) foot each side of the rails thereof so as to be level with the street at all street intersections on 7' 8 Summit Avenue between Twenty-third Street and Twentieth Street at the same time and with the same material the city paves Summit 9 10 Avenue and the Company shall fill with earth and cover with slag between the rails between all street intersections between Twenty- 11 third Street and Twentieth Street so as to be level with the 12 13 pavement between the street intersections between Twenty-third Street and Twentieth Street and the Company shall construct and build 14 the loop provided for in section 1 of this Ordinance on Twentieth 15 Street under the direction, supervision and to the satisfaction of the 16 City Engineer wxi of the City of Everett and providing further that 1:hen- 17 ever the city paves the intersections of Twentieth itreet on Summit 18 Avenue on which said loop is to be constructed and built, the Company 19 shall pave between the rails of said loop and on one foot (1) on each 20 side of said rails with the same kind of material that the city paves 21 said intersections and lay the paving or. said loop so it shall be 22 on a level with the rails and grade on said Twentieth Street and 23 pay for the same. 24 25 Section 3 The Company shall relay its tracks on Summit 26 Avenue fromverett Avenue to Twenty-third Street and connect with 27 the track provided for in Section 1 of this Ordinance and the company 28 is hereby granted the right, privilege and authority to construct, 29 maintain and operate a siding between Twerty�sixth Street and Everett 30 Avenue for the purpose of operating and passing cars.
