EnviroIssues will <br />also utilize the demographic research completed by the environmental team (see Work Element <br />4) and previous outreach efforts for the Edgewater Bridge Replacement project to inform <br />strategies for engaging historically underrepresented and limited-English speaking populations. <br /> <br />10.3 Stakeholder engagement <br />Based on information gathered for the Edgewater Bridge Replacement project, EnviroIssues will <br />support the City in using already identified communication methods for how the community <br />would like to stay informed and engaged during the project, including pre-construction and <br />construction phases. EnviroIssues t will support the City in initiating communication with key <br />stakeholders on the M&R Bridge Replacement project and timeframe. <br /> <br />Identified key stakeholders include: <br />x School Districts: Everett and Mukilteo and local schools/PTAs <br />x Neighborhoods: Everett and Mukilteo, including Boulevard Bluffs and Harborview- <br />Seahurst-Glenhaven, <br />x Chambers of Commerce: Everett and Mukilteo <br />x Boeing <br />x Paine Field/Propeller Airports <br />x Community-based organizations that serve historically underrepresented populations <br />and/or limited-English speaking populations <br />x City of Everett Parks Department <br /> <br />Additional key stakeholders that the City and/or technical team will coordinate with include: <br />x City leadership and staff/subject matter experts <br />x Area Tribes <br />x Partner agencies, including Washington State Ferries, Everett Transit and Community <br />Transit <br />x Emergency service providers, including Everett and Mukilteo fire and police <br />x Local utility providers (see Work Element 6) <br /> <br />10.4 In-person public events <br />EnviroIssues and Consultant will support the City to host an in-person public event during Phase <br />2 and Phase 3 to share information about the project. EnviroIssues will develop a meeting plan, <br />materials (i.e. comment form, sign-in sheets, handouts, and display boards) and agendas for each <br />public meeting. EnviroIssues will also set-up, staff, and facilitate all public meetings. Support <br />will also include scheduling, leading meeting logistics, determining room layout, providing event <br />equipment and supplies, and documenting input received. <br />
