The plans, specifications, and opinion of cost will be submitted to David Evans and <br />Associates, Inc. to be incorporated into the 90% PS&E set. <br /> <br />Response to 60% Comments <br />Perteet will attend one (1) comment review meeting with David Evans and Associates, Inc. and <br />the City staff and provide the City with written responses to the City’s comments. Responses will <br />be provided on the comment documents provided by the City. <br /> <br />90% Plans <br />The Plan sheets will be the same as those identified under the 60% design phase. <br /> <br />90% Opinion of Costs <br />Perteet will calculate 90% level quantities and opinion of construction costs based upon the 90% <br />construction plans and current unit bid prices. Perteet will address applicable 60% review <br />comments and make revisions as necessary. <br /> <br />90% Specifications <br />Perteet will prepare 90% level specifications based upon the 90% design using the WSDOT PSE <br />Program (run-list with individual specifications files). Perteet will submit the civil specifications <br />to David Evans and Associates, Inc. to be incorporated into the 90% set. <br /> <br />90% PS&E QA/QC Review of Deliverables <br />An internal Perteet quality assurance/quality control review of deliverables will be conducted, as <br />well as confirmation that comments received have been addressed. A record of comments <br />received will be maintained. Response to each comment received will be tracked to confirm that <br />they have been addressed. <br /> <br />Assumptions: <br />x 60% plan review comments from City staff will be consolidated by the City and <br />conflicting comments will be resolved by City staff prior to transmitting to Perteet. <br />x Perteet will attend one (1) comment review meeting held virtually. <br />x All required walls will need to be structurally designed by David Evans and Associates, <br />Inc.. Perteet will provide preliminary wall alignments and profiles in AutoCAD format <br />for David Evans and Associates, Inc. to use in creating plan sheets. <br />x Bid forms will be filled out by David Evans and Associates, Inc.. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />x Written responses to 60% comments <br />x 90% design-level plans (half-size [11”x17”], PDF) <br />x 90% design-level opinion of cost summary (Excel)
