Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), 2015 International <br /> Residential Code (IRC), and/or the 2015 Washington State Residential Energy Code (WSEC), as <br /> amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. <br /> These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required <br /> by other departments (such as Utilities, Traffic, Planning or Fire).
