The door between the dining area and the kitchen does not comply with the requirements for <br /> accessible doorways per ICC Al 17.1-09 Figure 404.2.3.2 and should be revised. Note that if a latch <br /> and closer are provided, the door requires side clearances for both directions. See IBC Section <br /> 1101.2. <br /> RESPONSE: The doorway between the dining area and the kitchen has been revised to comply <br /> with ICC A117.01-09. Please see sheet A2.02 for references. <br /> 5. The restroom should specify an exhaust fan. <br /> RESPONSE: We have revised the reflected ceiling plan legend to include "Restroom Exhaust Fan" <br /> instead of"Restroom Fan"for clarification.
