Successful commissioning requires cooperation of the General <br /> Contractor, Contractors, vendors, Architect, Engineers, Commissioning Authority, <br /> Owner, and building manager. <br /> IV. CX SCHEDULE <br /> A. Commissioning Milestone Schedule <br /> 1. The commissioning schedule summarizes the commissioning activities to be <br /> performed on the project. See attached Cx Schedule for details. <br /> B. Cx Schedule Coordination <br /> 1. General Contractor will provide the CA with a complete construction schedule. <br /> Upon receipt of construction schedule, the CA will provide the General <br /> Contractor and Owner with a complete commissioning schedule. <br /> 2. CA will coordinate with the General Contractor and subcontractors to integrate <br /> Cx activities into the overall construction schedule. The Cx schedule will be <br /> updated and submitted as information changes during the project. <br /> 3. Detailed integration of Cx activities and tasks into the construction schedule is <br /> critical to maintaining project milestones. Cx activities will be scheduled with the <br /> General Contractor prior to respective construction phase activities. <br /> 4. Cx activities will be coordinated to occur while required subcontractors' <br /> Verification and Testing personnel are on-site and available, per General <br /> Contractor's construction schedule. <br /> 5.
