<br />8 <br /> <br /> <br />c. PCI Compliance <br /> <br />i. DocuPet shall comply with payment card industry (PCI) security standards. <br />DocuPet shall utilize a payment processing company (Stripe, or a <br />competitor(s) of Stripe) for processing payments received through the <br />Website. <br /> <br />d. Data Protection <br /> <br />i. DocuPet shall ensure that the platform and all services are in compliance <br />with applicable Laws relating to data protection. For clarity, this includes <br />personal information gathering, use and disclosure whether in the form of <br />Registration Information or Organization Data. DocuPet shall maintain a <br />log -in account and password that permits access to Pet Owner's accounts <br />and Registration Information for the purposes of providing the services as <br />outlined in this agreement. DocuPet will promptly notify the Organization <br />upon its becoming aware that any of its passwords have been stolen, <br />leaked or otherwise compromised. DocuPet will ensure there are offsite backups performed each day. <br />DocuPet will, as a minimum on a monthly basis, ensure the backups are <br />sufficient and can restore/regenerate the system in the event of a server <br />failure. On request, the Organization will be allowed to review <br />architecture and ability to meet performance obligations. <br /> <br />g. Service Level <br /> <br />i. The Website is engineered to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, <br />52 weeks a year. The Website shall meet industry standard accessibility
