Contracting Agency-assigned number for the project; 1 <br />2. Name of the project; 2 <br />3. The Contracting Agency named as obligee; 3 <br />4. The amount of the bid bond stated either as a dollar figure or as a percentage which 4 <br />represents five percent of the maximum bid amount that could be awarded; 5 <br />5. Signature of the bidder’s officer empowered to sign official statements. The signature 6 <br />of the person authorized to submit the bid should agree with the signature on the 7 <br />bond, and the title of the person must accompany the said signature; 8 <br />6. The Contracting Agency will not open or consider any Bid 40 <br />Proposal that is received after the time specified in the Call for Bids for receipt of Bid 41 <br />Proposals or received in a location other than that specified in the Call for Bids. The 42 <br />Contracting Agency will not open or consider any “Supplemental Information” (Written 43 <br />Confirmation Documents or GFE Documentation) that is received after the time 44 <br />specified or received in a location other than that specified in the Call for Bids. 45 <br /> 46 <br />If an emergency or unanticipated event interrupts normal work processes of the 47 <br />Contracting Agency so that Proposals cannot be received at the office designated for 48 <br />receipt of bids as specified in Section 1 -02.12 the time specified for receipt of the 49 <br />Proposal will be deemed to be extended to the same time of day specified in the 50
