<br />Fulton Street Pedestrian Bicycle Corridor PAGE 18 OF 114 CONTRACT <br />FEDERAL AID # TAP-0420(026) <br />WO #3785 September 6, 2024 <br /> <br />• Accurate locations of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water mains and other water 1 <br />appurtenances, structures, conduits, light standards, vaults, width of roadways, 2 <br />sidewalks, landscaping areas, building footprints, channelization and pavement 3 <br />markings, etc. Include pipe invert elevations, top of castings (manholes, inlets, 4 <br />etc.). 5 <br /> 6 <br />If the Contract calls for the Contracting Agency to do all surveying and staking, the 7 <br />Contracting Agency will provide the elevations at the tolerances the Contracting Agency 8 <br />requires for the Record Drawings. 9 <br /> 10 <br />When the Contract calls for the Contractor to do the surveying/staking, the applicable 11 <br />tolerance limits include, but are not limited to the following: 12 <br /> Vertical Horizontal <br />As-built sanitary & storm invert and grate <br />elevations <br />± 0.01 foot ± 0.01 foot <br />As-built monumentation ± 0.001 foot ± 0.001 foot <br />As-built waterlines, inverts, valves, <br />hydrants <br />± 0.10 foot ± 0.10 foot <br />As-built ponds/swales/water features ± 0.10 foot ± 0.10 foot <br />As-built buildings (fin. Floor elev.) ± 0.01 foot ± 0.10 foot <br />As-built gas lines, power, TV, Tel, Com ± 0.10 foot ± 0.10 foot <br />As-built signs, signals, etc. N/A ± 0.10 foot <br /> 13 <br />Making Entries on the Record Drawings: 14 <br /> 15 <br />• Use erasable colored pencil (not ink) for all markings on the Record Drawings, 16 <br />conforming to the following color code: 17 <br />• Additions - Red 18 <br />• Deletions - Green 19 <br />• Comments - Blue 20 <br />• Dimensions - Graphite 21 <br />• Provide the applicable reference for all entries, such as the change order number, 22 <br />the request for information (RFI) number, or the approved shop drawing number. 23 <br />• Date all entries. 24 <br />• Clearly identify all items in the entry with notes similar to those in the Contract 25 <br />Drawings (such as pipe symbols, centerline elevations, materials, pipe joint 26 <br />abbreviations, etc.). 27 <br /> 28 <br />The Contractor shall certify on the Record Drawings that said drawings are an accurate 29 <br />depiction of built conditions, and in conformance with the requirements detailed above. 30 <br />The Contractor shall submit final Record Drawings to the Contracting Agency. 31 <br />Contracting Agency acceptance of the Record Drawings is one of the requirements for 32 <br />achieving Physical Completion. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Payment will be made for the following bid item: 35 <br /> 36 <br />Record Drawings <br />(Minimum Bid $ $2,000.00) <br />Lump Sum <br /> 37
