Attachment to Exhibit B <br /> First Agreed Service Plan <br /> (2025) <br /> • Fee Schedule for Services <br /> o Hourly Tournament rental fee: $40 per hour per field. <br /> o We will charge $20 per hour per field for lights. <br /> o Hourly weekday practice rental fee: for local usage from 3pm-5pm is $30 an <br /> hour. $60 an hour per field from 5pm-10pm. <br /> o Hourly weekend practice rental fee: $60 per hour per field. <br /> o We will charge $20 per hour per field for lights. <br /> o Gate fees to enter the park will be $5 per person ages 12 & up. (Max of$1 <br /> increase per year) This applies to tournament play only. <br /> ■ For special events/ National events up to $12 per person ages 12 & up. <br /> ■ Any increase will be presented during review of next annual service plan. <br /> • Maintenance plan <br /> o We will perform Impact Attenuation as recommended by the manufacturer. Spot <br /> fixes/ patches that need to be fixed will be replaced as needed in highly <br /> trafficked areas. <br /> o Mowing will be performed 1-2 times week to keep the outfields from growing <br /> above the preferred playing height. (weather conditions can change this if the <br /> fields are too wet). <br /> o NWS will put down weed & feed 2-3 times a year. <br /> o Other forms of park maintenance such as edging, weed killing will take place as <br /> needed. We will also top dress the outfields with sand as needed. <br /> o NWS will take care of all maintenance inside the fence for fields 1-4 @ Kasch <br /> Park. <br /> • Field equity plan on fields 1-4 @ Kasch Park <br /> o All baseball events will be operated by our group NWS. For fastpitch and slow <br /> pitch we will attempt to work with established event operators. Weekday <br /> practices will be first come first served. <br /> o Weekday leagues will be offered to boys and girls in addition to slow pitch. <br /> o NWS will host 24-28 youth baseball tournaments per year on the weekends ages <br /> 8u-14u. <br /> o NWS will host 4-8 weekends 13u-16u tournaments as well. <br /> o We currently do not offer fastpitch or slow pitch. We want to help the fastpitch <br /> directors that currently operate at PJ to expand their program to Kasch 1-4. We <br /> will also attempt to help local slow pitch directors to offer more events then is <br /> currently being offered. In the event they cannot fill Kasch we would then offer <br /> fastpitch and slow pitch events ourselves. <br /> o NWS will work with local adult slow pitch groups to try and offer 4 weekend <br /> events for slow pitch softball, which would be double what they currently have. <br /> Exhibit B-5 <br />
