A SEPA checklist
is provided alongside the Critical Area Application. The City of Everett also requested the
applicant to obtain a Hydraulic Project Approval (HPA), if required by WDFW. A representative
of WDFW,Miles Penk, met with Wetland Resources, Inc. on the subject property on October 3, 2019.
WDFW does not accept retroactive HPAs for work that has already occurred, so an HPA for the
subject unpermitted dam removal is not required of the applicant. However,if future dam removal
is pursued, an HPA would be required.
Talley - 18th Ave W 8 Critical Area Study and Buffer Restoration Plan
WRI#19238 November 6, 2019
