4. Fencing.A split-rail fence with 1 Critical Area sign shall be installed along the western perimeter <br /> of the restoration area. Critical Area signs are available for purchase at the City of Everett Permit <br /> Services Counter located at 3200 Cedar Street, 2nd Floor. <br /> 5. Covenant. Prior to permit final, a Declaration of Critical Area Protective Covenant and Critical <br /> Area Site Plan Map (CASP)shall be recorded with the Snohomish County Auditor's Office. <br /> 6. An inspection by the Planning Division shall be required upon completion of the required <br /> restoration work and posting of the Critical Area sign.
