Element 2: Establish Construction Access <br /> • Construction vehicle access and exit shall be limited to one route if possible. <br /> For site construction access is coming off View Ridge Dr. Note that there is onsite construction <br /> activity required for this development with concrete driveway demo, grading earthwork, house construction, <br /> tree removal and utility work. <br /> • Access points shall be stabilized with quarry spall or crushed rock to minimize the tracking of sediment <br /> onto public roads. <br /> A quarry spall construction access will be used off existing View Ridge Dr paved roadway. <br /> • Public roads shall be cleaned thoroughly at the end of each day. Sediment shall be removed from <br /> roads by shoveling or pickup sweeping and shall be transported to a controlled sediment disposal area. <br /> Street washing is not allowed_ <br /> Public roads will be cleaned as necessary as noted in the sediment control notes contained on the <br /> SWPPP plan. <br /> • Street washing is not allowed in the city. <br /> If the ROW becomes dirty then it shall be hand swept and or use a street sweeper as necessary. <br /> Relative BMPs for this Category <br /> BMP C105: Stabilized Construction Entrance/ Exit <br /> BMP C107: Construction Road/Parking Area Stabilization <br /> /I <br />
