Element 2: Establish Construction Access <br /> • Construction vehicle access and exit shall be limited to one route if possible. <br /> For site construction access is coming off View Ridge Dr. Note that there is onsite construction <br /> activity required for this development with concrete driveway demo, grading earthwork, house construction, <br /> tree removal and utility work. <br /> • Access points shall be stabilized with quarry spall or crushed rock to minimize the tracking of sediment <br /> onto public roads. <br /> A quarry spall construction access will be used off existing View Ridge Dr paved roadway. <br /> • Public roads shall be cleaned thoroughly at the end of each day.
