Terri Jorgenson
From: Terri Jorgenson
Sent: Monday, August 23, 2021 10:14 AM
To: LADABLACK@MSN.COM
Subject: B2012-040 2522 BAKER AVE
Attachments: Construction SWPPP for Small Projects (2021) - Fillable.pdf
7!A • 2Ic f — (` `).
Larry,
I left a phone message for your architect Joel Niemi, but I do not have an email address to include him in this correction
email. Please forward a copy of this email to Joel.
A review of the revised site plan by the Public Works/Permit Services Division requires the following revisions and/or the
following conditions be met:
1. Show and label existing hard surfaces on the site plan
2. Note on site plan Downspouts to splash block and show downspout location(s). Please note that
downspouts need to be directed away from neighboring properties.
3. Complete and submit the attached Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for
Single Family Residential/ Duplex/Small Projects template. The plan revisions do not trigger a drainage
plan which would include the SWPPP.The SWPPP is still required and the completed template will show
how you will meet the City of Everett's erosion and sedimentation control requirements.
4. The 24x6 site plans and plan sets submitted with your permit transmittal on 8/16/2021 do not reflect
the plan revisions of the smaller garage as shown on the 11"x17" site plan pages and as noted on the
permit counter transmittal. Please make the requested corrections above to the site plan and resubmit
the 24" x 30" plans and site plans that reflect the 20"x30" garage.
If you have any questions, let me know.
Terri Jorgenson
Im
III Development Technician I Permit Services
425.257.8810 13200 Cedar Street, 2nd Floor, Everett,WA 98201
EVERETT Phone Hours: M/W/Th: 8 a.m.—12 p.m & 1 p.m.—3 p.m.
everettwa.gov/permits I Facebook I Twitter
Note:Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be subject to disclosure pursuant to the Public
Records Act.
1 4)
