Represent the splash blocks in the runoff model in accordance with BMP T5.1013 of the 2019 Stormwater Management Manual of Western Washington. Alternatively, a City of Everett Public Works "Small Project Stormwater Site Plan/Report for Projects in the Combined Sewer Area"form (Site development I Everett, WA-Official Website (everettwa.gov) 4 Checklists & Handouts) may be completed and used for flow control sizing. Note that in the "Small Project Stormwater Site Plan/Report for Projects in the Combined Sewer Area"form, a maximum of 350 SF of roof area can be discharged to each splash block. • Ensure that downspouts discharge away from any foundation drains and that the flow paths of the downspout/splash blocks do not overlap, per the design criteria listed for splash blocks per BMP T5.1013 of the 2019 Stormwater Management Manual of Western Washington.
