The <br /> discharge from the oil water separators is routed to a valve box with a manual stop <br /> valve which directs all water to collect in a 4,500-gallon secondary containment vault. <br /> • A spill kit is located within 25 feet of all stationary mobile fueling units. The spill kits <br /> include at a minimum: <br /> Oil absorbents capable of absorbing 15 gallons of fuel. <br /> A storm drain plug or cover kit, <br /> A non-water containment boom, a minimum of 10 feet in length with a 12 gallon <br /> absorbent capacity. <br /> Two five-gallon buckets with lids. <br /> • Drip buckets are utilized for truck fuel nozzles after petroleum transfer operations. <br /> • All material storage and fueling operations are conducted in existing containment and <br /> diversion systems. <br /> • A spill log is maintained in the SWPPP that includes the following information for <br /> chemical and petroleum spills: date, time, amount, location, and reason for spill; <br /> date/time clean-up conducted,notifications implemented and staff involved. <br /> 3.5 Employee Training <br /> The Regional Coordinator is responsible for the training, program.
