The Site Plan and Facility Diagram(Figure 2)provide the general features and layout of the facility. <br /> The storage/warehouse building located on the central portion of the site. The warehouse building is <br /> constructed of wood framing with steel siding on a slab-on-grade concrete foundation.There are two canopies <br /> which shelter the fuel distribution locations; on the eastern public fueling station operated by Pac Pride, and <br /> the western bulk fueling facility operated by Nelson. The site is completely paved, and the areas below the <br /> canopies and above the underground storage tanks are paved with concrete. <br /> 2.2 Facility Description <br /> All fueling conducted by Nelson western portion of the property and is restricted to facility operating hours <br /> and is performed by facility employees. The Nelson facility is fenced and operates during normal business <br /> hours between 5 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday and locked at other times. <br /> There are five steel underground storage tanks(USTs)located on the western portion of the site as illustrated <br /> in Figure 2.The tanks include two 20,000-gallon USTs with Red Diesel,two 20,000-gallon USTs with Clear <br /> Diesel,and one 20,000-gallon UST with unleaded regular gasoline.There are also three above ground storage <br /> tanks(ASTs)on the site which are empty,cleaned,and closed in accordance with API recommended practices. <br /> The Pac Pride facility, on the eastern portion of the property,provides retail fueling on a 24-hour self-serve <br /> basis. The card-lock station includes one 12,000-gallon UST which stores Diesel fuel and two 5,000-gallon <br /> USTs used to store gasoline. <br /> All stormwater from the site is collected in a catch basin system which directs flow through a series of three <br /> oil water separators. The oil water separators discharge through a vault box equipped with a manual stop valve <br /> which is closed and directs the water to collect in a 4,500-gallon underground secondary containment vault. <br />
