8-01.3(10) Wattles <br /> Section 8-01.3(10) is supplemented with the following: <br /> Wattles shall be installed at back of sidewalk outside of disturbance area at all <br /> locations where existing sidewalk is removed and replaced. Installation and staking <br /> of wattles shall be per the Contract Plans. <br /> 8-01.5 Payment <br /> 8-01.5(1) Lump Sum Bid for Project (No Unit Items) <br /> Section 8-01.5(1) is supplemented with the following: <br /> "Erosion Control and Water Pollution Prevention," lump sum. <br /> The lump sum contract price for"Erosion Control and Water Pollution Prevention" <br /> shall include full compensation for all labor, equipment, and materials necessary <br /> to create and implement a TESC Plan and furnish, install, maintain, and remove <br /> all erosion control and water pollution prevention measures as described in Section <br /> 8-01 as amended in the Special Provisions and comply with the provisions of the <br /> latest edition of the Stormwater Management Manual of Western Washington, <br /> Department of Ecology. Alderwood Water&Wastewater District requirements and <br /> City of Everett requirements must also be met. These measures include, but are <br /> not limited to, covering exposed soils or earthen materials with plastic sheeting, <br /> wattles, catch basin insets, and silt fence. <br /> Payment shall be made up to 75 percent based on proportion of work completed <br /> requiring temporary erosion and sediment control.
