See IBC Section 1101.2. In addition, please note the following: a. The end of the ramp results in potential conflicts with the existing door in the north wall and the required handrail. b. ICC A117.1-09 Section 405.7.5 prohibits the required landing from overlapping with the doorway, though the landing and doorway maneuvering clearance are allowed to overlap. It is noted that the door doesn't swing into the landing area, and that the conflicting doorway is located at the bottom landing. This condition should be reviewed and revised as needed.
